Terms and Conditions for “Gift a Therapy” Gift Card

1. Validity Period:
   The “Gift a Therapy” gift card is valid for three (3) months from the date of purchase. The therapy session must be booked and completed within this period.
2. Redemption:
   • The gift card can be redeemed for one (1) individual therapy session with a certified professional.
   • This gift cannot be applied  for a couple’s therapy session or group therapy.
   • To redeem, the recipient must schedule their session through the contact form mentioned on the website.
3. Non-Transferable:
   • The gift card is non-transferable and can only be used by the intended recipient.
4. Non-Refundable:
   • The gift card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product/service.
5. Expiry:
   • If the gift card is not used within the three-month validity period, it will expire automatically, and no refunds or extensions will be provided.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
   • The recipient may reschedule their therapy session up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
   • Failure to attend the session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the gift card.
7. Limitations:
   • The gift card cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.
   • The therapy session is subject to the availability of certified professionals.
8. Privacy and Confidentiality:
   • All therapy sessions are confidential and conducted in a safe, professional environment (online and offline).

No Show Policy

If a client fails to attend a scheduled therapy session without prior notice, it will be considered a No Show.

• The therapist will wait for 10 minutes from the scheduled start time. If the client does not arrive or inform the therapist within this window, the session will be considered a No Show.

• No Show sessions are charged in full and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

• Repeated No Shows may affect the continuity of therapy and the availability of future appointments.

Clients are encouraged to inform the therapist as early as possible in case of delays or unforeseen circumstances.
